The website told me I could pull up my boarding pass with the app but after checking in the app told me I would need to use the website to print the boarding pass. I also downloaded the app yesterday then went to use it today and it already made me update. Not recommended

Spent an entire day trying to book a flight using the app from i phone!!! Does not work. Absolutely useless! Very disappointing.

Excellent app; easy to use and shows you exactly what you need to see! So happy with it!

Slow load-up, buggy, unresponsive. Not recommended until they get this app fixed.

Everything seems to load in hours. I had to restart it a few times to get it working. You are better off using safari.

Everything looks great and user friendly but while I was purchasing my tickets I got stuck on the add insurance page. I restart the app twice and I still cant proceed till the end. Please work on this problem ASAP

As the title says.

But I get an error message when tapping the Add to passbook button. "The pass cannot be read, because it isnt valid." Fix it please!

So now is compatible with passbook. Finally! I would give 5 star if the search would be a bit faster and especially if you could favorite airport so when you search you could just pick the one you usually fly from.

Developers, read this: - Where is ApplePay Compatibility??? You are always behind! - They let you get a mobile boarding pass even if the airport doesnt accept it; and then you are stuck. - I wish they let you check in when you buy the ticket and not have to wait until two days before the flight. - You are the masters of making things cheap. In the long run, I can imagine a boarding experience with no need to hire employees. You could just have a door with NFC security on the boarding gate. People would come with their NFC enabled devices and access the gate. No need to hire those ladies that just stand at the boarding gate checking our boarding passes. This would make flying even cheaper. Ryanair, make this changes and Ill improve your rating.

It gives me a mobile boarding pass option, but says "unable to provide mobile boarding pass for this flight"! Its all a ploy to get you money or waste paper! Never flying Ryan Air again!!

This new Ryanair App is very fast, efficient and well designed; I think now all the functions are active and this is a very useful app!! Now its compatible with pass book and the graphic is superb!!! Like it!! It make me wanna fly

The app does not say this in its description, but non-EU customers are not allowed to use this app. It will refuse checkins and will not display a boarding pass.

Why is it that large corporations consistently fail to provide a quality App experience? The app has a nice intuitive interface, but has several bugs that render it a pain to use. Disappointing, because the concept is very useful. Too bad RyanAir hasnt ensured adequate software testing before launching the App to the public.

I just checked into my flights and the website said I could download this app to show my boarding passes and avoid the airport print fee. This is a lie. After spending time to install the app, it couldnt find my reservation and so I still have to deal with this at the airport and pay 70 EUR to print it. What a joke, and what a non-customer friendly airline.

Great option if you have to checkin but dont have any printer available. Makes life much easier! Just checkin on the app and save the boarding pass to the pass book. Have used it on two trips now without problems!

...when trying to book a flight in the app it only allows 10 digits for the phone number. However my German number has got 11 digits.

Its expected that Ryanair will try to scam you with every imaginable feature. This app is no different: they try as hard as they can to not let you go without purchasing a paid seat or insurance. Its also slow and very buggy.

The app seems really great and organized, but when youre trying to check in, it doesnt allow you to. Im from the U.S., and as soon as I put that in the information, a box pops up saying that Im not able to check-in online. To make for sure this only works for EU-Customers, I said Im from the UK, and nothing popped up (as if it would let me check-in). Really disappointed and upset by the inconvenience. This app is pretty much useless unless you are from a country thats in the EU.

Previous flat design much better...where is login?????:-((((((
