Ryan Air took our opinions to the heart, thought it over and fixed the problems conserned with this app. Let is hope there will be no suprises with reservations made by iPhone, especially paid by bank card. I was not able to use it so far.

This app is good. I suggest that the app to remember credit cards. For every time I need to enter the card into form. Similar situation is with the passenger data. I suggest to improve the functionality of the app.

Trying to search for airport, it is terribly to type while the app hanging to search matches. And INSIDE Tampere airport this choice was missing in "nearby" list.

App crashes once return flight is chosen.

Only italian language in app for Iphone! How i can change language for check in?

I would like to ask you, please do your Application in Russian, so many people fly from Russia to Europe your airline for your application so please expand the audience of your application and translate it into Russian

Pointless app, waste of time

Heres how Ryan works it: if you dont check in online you face a £45 charge, which no other airline does. Then the website doesnt work, so I had to download their application. I check in there and it is programmed NOT TO GIVE YOU A MOBILE BOARDING PASS, which would be simple and cost them nothing. AND YOU CANT PRINT A BOARDING PASS FROM THE APP, but instead must GO TO THEIR WEBSITE. Then why have the piece of $#!T app? Lame. Waste of time. Poorly designed, OR... Expertly designed to frustrate/confuse passengers into slipping up and incurring fees, like sleazy carnival barkers. Pathetic.

I definitely have to congratulate Ryanair for finally updating this app. It looks absolutely fantastic and the user interface makes it an app worth downloading. Unfortunately, as a non-EU/EEA National I am unable to use the mobile boarding pass functionality which makes this app pretty much useless to me. I would really like to see this changed in the near future.

Error message pops up in a information screen every time I try to do it!!!

This app fails to provide most of the basic functionality I require. Needs major improvements.

The app will not allow me to buy checked baggage. It says that my card will not allow the purchase. I called my credit card company and they are not declining the card. So now have to buy it online and pay 10 pound more to book!

Great app, user-friendly. Cant complain.

The most important functionality (boarding pass )doesnt work . Thats incredible , i tried to uninstall and install The app several Times but The problem is always The same ( continue downloading boarding pass) My flight is tomorrow and probably i Will pay an additional tax because i have not printed The boarding pass . It could be very dangerous and expensive to trust in this app
