This app is next to useless if youre not an EU citizen, still requiring you to print out your boarding pass. I know this isnt the law as other airlines allow it. Dont bother if youre not from the EU.

If they put the pass in the app, they wouldnt be able to charge £10 for not printing it.

They charge you 15£ to print your boarding pass. This app does NOT provide a mobile boarding pass. ABSOLUTELY POINTLESS APP.

The ONLY reason people download Airline apps are the ease and convenience of digital boarding passes. The lack of this simple feature is awfully convenient for RyanAir, a company that charges poor saps over $15 to print with materials that cost pennies. I ask you: why even bother with an app, RyanAir? You so clearly are going out of your way to make flying with your company INconvenient. Its disgusting.

This app by default always tracking your location. Ryanair why dont you change to track location when the app is opened.

The Password Field in myRyanair is apparently set to email Input type, I cant seem to find all the characters for my password, the backslash for exemple

I am a seasoned traveler, and just had the worse experience in a long time because of this dysfunctional app, and very poor customer support. To top it off they not only nickel and dime you, but charge for their mistakes.

Downloaded the app specifically for the ability to pull the boarding pass up on my phone...still required me to print the tickets from a computer after checking in for my flight. Very easy to use otherwise from what I can tell.

With last update all my past and future flights are not visible! If I want to see a flight in my account I shoul verify my email for reservation Code and add it to the app. What if I have dozen of flights, I should add all them manually? Incredible! You should solve this. I even dont see flight booked via app!!!

This is a waste of technology. The reason I downloaded this application was to save the hassle of printing boarding passes. Non European document holders still must print a boarding pass. Also, Ryanair only allows check-in 3 days prior to a flight. Which would be no big deal if I could use this App. But if you are on holiday for a week, you cant print them off before you leave. A customer service representative told me I would either have to pay to select a seat. This is 8€ per person per flight. For our family this is €64. They then told me to find an Internet cafe or library to print them off. That is not what I want to be doing while I am traveling. Not to mention all the personal information people can access from a boarding pass sometimes left on a seat or dropped as you are getting luggage. Ryanair please find a more sensible solution for non-European travelers.

The only reason I downloaded this was to be free of having to print a boarding pass. Why would you advertise your app as being able to do this when in reality I cant? It seems like you just want to squeeze more money out of people by forcing us to choose between paying more to reserve a seat or going through the hassle of finding somewhere to print the boarding pass while youre traveling, which still means you end up paying something extra. Im in Morocco right now and truly the last thing I wanted to do was finding a place where I can print this, its not like theyre easy to find here!

Easy to use and does its job. I just wish Ryanair flights were as nice as this app!

The app is a joke, Ryan Air still forces you to print out the boarding pass. If you dont print it out they will charge you some outrageous fee at the airport.

This app greatly enhances The convenience of traveling with Ryanair: you can book your travel, track your flights, check-in, and produce your electronic boarding pass in a few clicks.

Simple, effective; would give it 5 stars if it let me get e-boarding passes on my phone like the European Apple Store app does

I agree with the others who say that the most important and useful feature this app *should* have is the ability to get boarding passes. Whats this about syncing with Apple Wallet? I had to print out my boarding passes. If only certain destinations allow mobile boarding passes then say which ones those are! I deleted the app.
