Pros and cons of Ryanair app for iPhone and iPad
Ryanair app good for
Ryanair is the best company for cheap flights, and their app is very user friendly!
One of the best app to travel with! Easy to use and fast as well!
Very well structured and well working! I am using the app for bookings and managing bookings. The best feature is the mobile boarding pass. Thanks! Only problem is the occasional abrupt closures of the app when trying to link the boarding pass to iphone wallet and more data security will be needed in the future.
Ryanair went from having a horrific digital footprint to a really great and very user friendly app ! Well done.
Easy to book a flight. Helpful boarding card on the phone. I love this app
Perfect app for Quick flight ticket booking. Very easy to use.
Some bad moments
This app and Ryanairs useless "visa check" program for Canadians already in the Schengen zone is ridiculous. But a sure fire way of wasting passenger and employee time.
This app is so pointless for people who dont have an EU passport.
You cant use it for mobile check in unless you have EU passport.
Deleted it straight up after using it to check in when i can simply go on their website!
The biggest problem with this app is that it will not allow you to create a mobile boarding pass. Repeated called to Ryanairs support were useless.
Also the app shows me banners, which i cant close and have to reload the app
Terrible customer services.
The app doesnt let you do many thinks.
They charge you for everything even is their fault.
I will recommend always to use another fly service.
I really wish that Ryanair wasnt such a horrible airline to fly with. Im severely disappointed in the fact that they only offer the online check-in features to the EU/EEA members and not the rest of their passengers. I was charged €15 for two check ins because simply I did not have access to a printer where I flew to in order to print out the two pieces of paper. Imagine showing up to the airport after having checked in online and pulling out the app only to show that features only available to some people. And then having to pay a total of €30 in order to print out two pieces of paper. Disgusting!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
